EDITION Hotels’ first property in Mexico and the Caribbean, The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai recently opened The Spa, a luxurious environment that promotes connection with nature. Nestled amid floating mangroves, the spa boasts six private indoor-outdoor treatment rooms, three vitality pools, a full-service salon, a relaxation lounge, a Turkish hamman, and sauna and shower facilities. Inspired by the region’s cenotes, spa-goers should feel like they are being cradled within the geographical wonder when at the facility.

Design elements include natural materials, curving hallways, a crafted glass ceiling, a rippling bamboo structure, a dedicated yoga pavilion, centerpiece bridges, a winding outdoor walkway, cabana-style treatment rooms and a couples’ therapy room.

• Edition Signature Massage: Uses Swedish massage techniques and features Le Labo’s signature Black Tea-scented massage oil exclusive for EDITION
• Lomi-Lomi Massage: Designed to improve physical health and wellbeing through harmony and love
• Kanai Signature Detox Body Wrap: Re-mineralizing scrub followed by a body mask
• Platinum Facial: Non-invasive resurfacing treatment to address fine lines, acne, hyperpigmentation and congested pores
• The Oxygen Facial: Ritual increases oxygenation through breath awareness using activated charcoal and effervescent carbon dioxide
• Thermal Experience: Healing properties of water can be found through the dry sauna, biothermal showers, a hammam, Ludic Pool and a hot plunge
