New restaurant offerings and dining experiences come to Celebrity Cruises. Updated culinary offerings include additional experiences for guests staying in concierge-class staterooms. Now, guests enjoy an exclusive concierge luncheon at the beginning of each cruise, enjoying menus created by Cornelius Gallagher, Celebrity’s Michelin-starred chef. All guests enjoy locally sourced Alaskan king crab during Alaskan itineraries and additional itineraries with chef-led culinary excursions. Celebrity’s Bistro on Five is transformed into Sushi on Five, serving hand-rolled sushi, house-made sauces and Asian-inspired drinks including Japanese beers and selections from a sake sommelier. The Tuscan Grille unveils a new menu, rolled out to the entire Celebrity fleet in the coming months. The Sky Observation Lounge adds handcrafted cocktails to the menu, created by a flair mixologist. In November, Celebrity launches Dine Aware, a standard ensuring diners with special dietary needs can dine confidently. At a later date, guests can see their own images and photos printed on cappuccinos and lattes at particular on-board eateries. A wine blending class comes to the entire fleet by the end of the year, as well as exclusive Riedel glassware. “Celebrity has always been recognized for its unmatched culinary and beverage experiences.
