Sharing my favorite dishes and places to eat is definitely how I show my love. There is quite literally nothing I love more than taking someone to a restaurant and catching up over great drinks and amazing food. My parents and I discovered Rosemary in Ridley Park after they picked me up from the airport several months ago. Obsessed with the food and the atmosphere, we knew that had to be our first stop after picking up my brother from the airport on Christmas Eve.

We arrived before our reservation and headed to the bar to wait for our table to be ready. I ordered the espresso martini flight which included the Wolfe, a mezcal-based cocktail with cinnamon and coffee liqueur; Vincent Vega, a more classic approach with vanilla vodka and coffee liqueur; and, finally, House Bunny, bourbon-based and my favorite, with ginger, honey and coffee liqueur. After we finished our drinks, we were led to a back room to our table. The restaurant was filled with high energy and families coming together.

I started with a new cocktail that quickly became the favorite of the evening. The (hot) Highland Hearth was served warm with scotch, honey, ginger syrup, lemon juice and bitters. We started with the meatballs, which were perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. For mains, I had the cacio e pepe, my brother ordered the chicken Parm, my mom got scallop mushroom risotto, and my dad went for the pork chop. I think my dad had the best entrée at the table. For dessert we shared the chocolate cake and cheesecake. I’m so happy we discovered this spot near the Philadelphia Airport and am looking forward to returning the next time I’m flying!
