BlackJet Offers Pay-Per-Seat Private Jet Travel

Daily / Feature

BlackJet, a private jet by-the-seat booking company, recently launched service between Los Angeles and San Francisco offering travelers an $8,000 private jet experience for $1,500 per seat. With the new route, BlackJet provides flyers ultimate upgrade beyond first class for travel between the two California cities.

The San Francisco–Los Angeles route complements BlackJet’s existing service from each of the cities to Las Vegas. The new route launched with greater demand than BlackJet anticipated with all private jet seat availability already booked through February 5.

“BlackJet members indicated strong demand for the addition service between Los Angeles and San Francisco,” said Dean Rotchin, CEO, BlackJet. “It’s one of the top markets for both airline first class and private jets flights in the United States. Our members want the reliability and convenience of flying private jets on the route, they simply prefer to pay for the seats they need and not the whole aircraft.”

BlackJet uses proprietary technology to set flights and departure times according to customer demand instead of a rigid published preset schedule, meaning he service is responsive to the customer instead of the customer having to fit into a set schedule.

Amansara Review

It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
