The Whitley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Atlanta Buckhead is set to unveil its multimillion-dollar renovations this month. The renovation project included a complete redesign of more than 500 guestrooms, a new reception and lobby space, a new ballroom and an updated restaurant and lounge. The spa also added a Himalayan salt room and larger dressing rooms. Renovations began last fall.

The hotel’s new lobby channels the vibe of a classic Southern home, with a fireplace, library and chic sitting areas. Guestrooms now feature rich mahogany hardwood floors, Italian marble vanities, refreshment centers, honor bars and feather beds. A porch-inspired theme incorporates flora and fauna accents and woven raffia headboards. Artwork includes curated bird prints and sketches of local notable figureheads. Discreet buck racks in the lighting fixtures are a nod to the area’s name.
