Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas recently introduced new wellness experiences focused on sleep enrichment and body detox restoration. Participants of both programs work closely with Anantara Spa’s wellness experts, therapists and nutritionists on issues ranging from digestive trouble to insomnia.

Guests begin with a wellness consultation and assessment, including epigenetic testing, a non-invasive test utilizing hair root samples to report about the body’s level of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidants and contaminants. Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas is the only resort in the Maldives offering this service.

The Sleep Enrichment Program highlights the importance of deep sleep for overall health. The program’s goal is to help restore normal sleep levels through a consultation with a sleep specialist, yoga sessions, breathing exercises, vitamin infusion, health supplements and a nutrition plan. The Sleep Support Therapy treatment also includes a holistic facial and massage to assist with relaxation and the reduction of stress and anxiety.

The Body Detox Restore Program offers a natural and holistic approach to ridding the body of toxins. The program aids the detoxifying process through consultations and treatments, including lymphatic drainage massages, yoga, meditation and healthy meal recommendations.

Both programs conclude with a review from the resort’s wellness consultant and recommendations on continuing the wellness journey at home. The wellness experiences are available as a five-day (from $2,019 per person), seven-day (from $2,710 per person) or 14-day option (from $4,918 per person).
