Luxury hotel brand Aman Resorts recently announced the reopening of Amanruya, April 15. The isolated resort is located 30 minutes outside of the lively center of Bodrum on 60 acres of secluded hillside overlooking its own private bay. Experience the simplicity of the pine forest surroundings, olive groves, the sound of cicadas and crystal-clear warm waters of the bay.

Exotic touches of the resort include Turkish marble, terracotta, acajau wood and more local materials throughout the property.

The resort is comprised of 36 contemporary stone pavilions positioned in the terraced gardens. All rooms are spacious and free standing, featuring exposed beam ceilings, Turkish charcoal fireplaces, Hammam-style bathrooms and private infinity pools with outdoor showers.

The resort has charming spaces throughout, including a three-story library with an intimate top floor lounge, a dining pavilion, a cigar lounge and an art gallery. A 164-foot infinity pool invites guests to lounge around the turquoise marble and gaze out at the Aegean Sea.

Renowned Turkish chef, Ercan Soylu, heads the resort’s restaurants. Fare ranges from Middle Eastern specialties and traditional Turkish dishes to international and Asian-inspired dishes.

Just steps from the resort, guests will find Amanruya’s secluded beach club beside the private bay. Ottoman divan lounge beds decorate the sun-kissed pebble beach where guests enjoy the sun, water and dramatic sunsets.
