AirAsia continues to expand its international network with new flights to the Sichuan Province of China.

The new route begins in March and connects Penang (PEN)–Chengdu (CTU) three times weekly.

“This is our first route from Penang to mainland China and we are confident this additional route will continue to boost visitor arrivals into Penang, and vice versa,” said Riad Asmat, CEO, AirAsia Malaysia. Passengers can begin booking the flights right now on AirAsia’s website.

Chengdu has lots to entertain visitors, including the Giant Pandas that call the region home, the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Jinli Ancient Street and more. The city also acts as a gateway to China’s western provinces.

Creating a Wellness Environment in the Workplace

Creating a wellness environment in the workplace is a terrific idea, and many companies acknowledge the benefits of providing health and wellness programs to employees. In the 1970s, the company followed with the launch of Live for Life, an on-site wellness program with “access to behavior modification tools and education on topics like nutrition, stress management and more.”

United Airlines — First Class Review

ON THE GROUND: We took a car service from my home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, to Newark (about 50 minutes) as we would be gone for more than 10 days and could save on the parking. We probably had more luggage than necessary and both checked a bag. Check-in was swift, as was security, and we had time to stop by the United Club using our United Mileage-Plus Club Card from Chase for entry. We tried to sneak into Polaris, but it is limited to international business-class travelers; even though this is a long flight, it is still domestic.
