In honor of Earth Day, Tripfini, a new platform that connects travelers to boutique local tour operators in more than 50 countries, announced a commitment to donate 5 percent of proceeds from its Earth Day collection to support wildlife conservation efforts.
The Earth Day collection features 15 trips to Alaska, Costa Rica, Nepal, Uganda, Indonesia, the Galápagos, Belize and Mexico. Every trip with Tripfini can be customized by date, budget, travelers and activity, and the service allows travelers to connect directly with tour operators, offering cost savings and a more personalized experience.
“Travel and conservation are inextricably linked and now — perhaps more than ever — travelers understand their responsibility to support conservation efforts in the places they visit, on Earth Day and every day,” said Mike Gerrity, CEO, Tripifini. “The fact is, there are several places on our travel bucket lists that might not be the same 10 or 20 years from now. As a brand we are focused on incredible experiences, but we want to highlight the commitment required to make sure these destinations are preserved for generations to come.”
