Mövenpick signs for three Thai properties in Bangkok, Khao Yai and Phuket. Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai, Bangkok and Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai are slated to open later this year, with Mövenpick Resort Mai Khao Phuket opening late 2017.

“This is our second property in Bangkok and the debut of our exclusive serviced apartment brand, Mövenpick Residences. It’s our third resort in Phuket, while in Khao Yai we are delighted to be opening up the first truly internationally managed resort in this well known domestic destination. The Mövenpick Residences Ekkamai includes 160 serviced residences with one, two and three bedrooms. Amenities include an all-day restaurant, lobby lounge and rooftop lounge bar, as well as meeting space.

Mövenpick Resort Mai Khao Phuket features 220 guestrooms, with an all-day restaurant and unique beach club. Also included are meeting facilities, a fitness centre, signature spa, kids club and three swimming pools.

Mövenpick Resort Khao Yai offers 114 guestrooms, including hotel suites and villas with two, three and four bedrooms. A European-style clubhouse envelops a restaurant, bar, café, spa, pool and meeting space.

Thailand is the brand’s largest market in Asia, with four other properties in the country, or 50 per cent of the brand’s total Asian footprint.
