Enhancing service on its long-haul network, Air Franceis offering La Première and business customers new à la carte meal options complemented by bespoke tableware.

Six new dishes in the La Première cabin and six others in the business cabin are now available, spanning various culinary categories, such as traditional Chinese, flavors of India, Thai cuisine, a taste of Korea and Japanese delights. A seafood basket is also offered to complement the new options.

Passengers are able to book the dish of their choosing between 90 days and 24 hours before their flight departure. Book when purchasing tickets online or in the manage section online, at Air France ticket offices and call centers, or when checking in online or on smartphones.

To make mealtimes truly unique, Air France partnered with Jean-Marie Massaud, a famous French designer, to create new tableware. Massaud designed a complete service of more than 40 original pieces for the La Première cabin, featuring Champagne flutes, fine porcelain Bernardaud plates and Christofle cutlery. This made-to-measure collection features the legendary winged seahorse, a symbol of Air France’s La Première brand, as a watermark to add a refined touch.

In the business cabin, place settings include Guy Degrenne porcelain, thin glass and steel Christofle cutlery carefully chosen to evoke lightness and flight.

Air France partners with renowned French chefs to offer exclusive dishes on the La Première and business menus on long-haul flights departing from Paris. Premium passengers have had the opportunity recently to enjoy gourmet creations from renowned chefs like Joël Robuchon, Guy Martin, Michel Roth, Thibaut Ruggeri, Régis Marcon and Anne-Sophie Pic.
