Tampa Bay invites visitors to beat the summer heat by exploring some of the area’s top attractions during evening hours.
Through Aug. 18, Busch Gardens hosts Summer Nights featuring Cheetah Hunt, Kinetix music and acrobatics show and a nightly fireworks finale. For a more tropical feel, Adventure Island‘s Island Nights offers live entertainment, games on the beach, tropical cuisine and island fun for the entire family every Thursday, Friday and Saturday through Aug. 10.
The Florida Aquarium‘s Summer Fun Nights offers extended hours and discounted admission on select Thursday evenings through Aug. 8. See a performance by The Florida Aquarium Mermaids or experience the sunset and Tampa Bay’s wildlife on a Wild Dolphin Cruise. Lowry Park Zoo’s Summer Safari Nights, June 29 and July 13, take advantage of extended hours through 8 p.m. to offer special programs. June 29 features a ladybug release and July 13 focuses on frog conservation.
