I’m always looking out for interesting travel tips and advice. As the wife of a pilot, Brooke Morrison has a unique perspective.
Perhaps better known as JetSet Brooke, Morrison delivers interesting travel bits above and beyond simple advice. Morrison definitely gives plenty of tips, but she also shares fun travel pictures, videos and recaps, random travel thoughts, glimpses into all sorts of destinations, and much more.
Morrison discussed her path to becoming a full-time travel expert. As the wife of a pilot, flying was already part of her life, but she carved out her own place in the travel industry. She talked about her favorite destinations and future travel plans as well as her necessary take-alongs on any trip. Morrison spoke of how travel changed her and how she has impacted travel.
As a travel influencer, folks look to Morrison for product opinions. Emphasizing the importance of integrity, Morrison highlights only products she uses and loves, despite endorsement requests flooding her inbox.
One of the things I enjoy most about following Morrison online is the variety she delivers. There is a great mix of serious and fun. A recent example was her discussing touching the outside of a plane before boarding. Because I have done that for a long time, with no real reason, I was fascinated to see Morrison post about it. The previous post was about working out on a Virgin cruise. The one before that was fun in Cabo. This is the type of assortment Morrison posts. I never know what might be next, but it always interests me.
When I asked her about a future book, Morrison joked about that mixture of topics being too all-over for a book. I countered with it being the exact reason her book would be great. For now, I will enjoy following her on social media, but I keep hope for a future book.

Oct 23, 2026The Flight Less Taken: Unsung Carriers Whisk You Away to Far-Flung Destinations
The miracle of flight feels slightly less miraculous these days. Endless delays, cramped seating and shortchanged amenities feel par for the course, and one can easily forget the wondrous fact that you’re hurtling above planet Earth, soaring above the clouds and across the skies to your destination of choice. In the olden days, you were limited to the fallibility of your outrigger canoe or horse-drawn carriage. It’s not hyperbolic to invoke the invention of the wheel when reminding oneself to stay calm and carry on in coach.

Why Japan Is Best Explored by Sea with Princess
Japan is a destination that rewards repeat visits because no two regions — or seasons — feel quite the same. One moment, you’re wandering through centuries-old geisha districts in Kanazawa. The next, you’re watching neon reflections dance across Tokyo streets long after midnight.

Oct 21, 2026Review: Bodysgallen Hall
The National Trust owns more than 500 historic buildings across the United Kingdom, each offering a vivid sense of its particular era. In common with many visitors, I often find myself wondering what it would be like to actually live in such a place. Imagine sitting, for instance, in one of those ancient oak-paneled drawing rooms at night, with the fire roaring and the wind rattling the ancient mullioned windows. I didn’t have to imagine it. Here I was, immersed in history in 17th-century Bodysgallen Hall in North Wales.
