Next year, Hyatt grows its global presence across its many brands, including its first Miraval hotel outside of the United States, Hyatt’s first Brooklyn property and Alila’s debut in Latin America.

Miraval The Red Sea

Next March, the Miraval brand makes its debut outside the United States on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia, spanning 180 guestrooms; an on-site restaurant; and immersive, personalized wellness programming.

The Livingston

In February, Hyatt’s first Brooklyn hotel opens. The property is part of JdV by Hyatt and will include 104 guestrooms and suites in the heart of Park Slope. A restaurant and café will also be on site.

Alila Mayakoba

Alila’s Latin America debut in February will come in the form of an elevated, adult-centric sanctuary embracing regenerative wellness, refined sustainability and intimate luxury. Some guestrooms and suites come with private plunge pools and beachfront views.

Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay

Andaz’s first Caribbean property will include 59 guestrooms, 74 residences, vibrant dining, a spa and serene pools. The property opens in May.

Park Hyatt Mexico City

Next summer, Mexico City welcomes the opulent hotel, complete with 155 design-forward rooms, five dining destinations and a signature spa, all with views of Chapultepec Park.

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa

In May, this 382-room luxe escape debuts on Seven Mile Beach. The hotel will also feature a destination spa, six global dining concepts and an unparalleled oceanfront.

Other new properties scheduled to open later next year include Park Hyatt Cancun, which focuses on rare culinary and bar experiences, and Secrets Macao Punta Cana, a nine-restaurant and three-pool hotel along the Atlantic Ocean.
