Ennismore, a lifestyle hospitality company, recently announced a new chapter for Delano hotels, with the signings of Delano SoHo New York and Delano London ahead of the highly anticipated reopening of the original Delano Miami Beach.
“With the debut of Delano Dubai and the much-anticipated reopening of Miami Beach, Delano has entered a new chapter in its celebrated history,” said Sharan Pasricha, founder and Co-CEO, Ennismore. “Few hospitality brands have achieved such cultural resonance, and as we look ahead, we remain committed to protecting that legacy while evolving it for a new generation of discerning travellers.”
Delano Miami Beach
The iconic Delano Miami Beach property will reopen its doors in early 2026, presenting a reimagined experience in the heart of South Beach. The new design pays tribute to the building’s Art Deco roots through careful preservation of key historical features. With 171 guestrooms and suites, Delano Miami Beach will also be home to four distinctive restaurant and bar concepts.
Delano SoHo, New York
Delano SoHo New York will be a social enclave on Spring Street in Hudson Square. In the space currently known as The Dominick hotel, Delano SoHo New York will offer 390 guestrooms and suites in a 46-story tower.
Delano London
Nearby Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, Delano London is set to open in late 2026. The interiors will be layered, textural and sensual, beginning in the lobby lounge, centered around a fireplace, a curated library and retail space. The hotel’s 67 guestrooms and suites will be joined by a ground-floor restaurant and Miami’s legendary Rose Bar, set to make its London debut.
At Delano, dedicated wellness and retail spaces are also woven into all properties.
“Delano is entering an incredibly exciting phase of global growth as we continue to grow an icon that continues to define the art of luxury lifestyle. Upcoming openings in some of the world’s most dynamic destinations – Miami, New York, and London – will build on the brand’s established presence in Paris and Dubai,” said Gaurav Bhusan, co-CEO, Ennismore. “A strong pipeline, including projects in Istanbul, Puglia, Marrakesh, and Costa Rica, along with several others under negotiation in key markets, reflects the continued global appetite for this iconic brand.”

Sep 30, 2026Review: Sushi by Scratch at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley
Husband-and-wife team Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee made their mark by reinventing the term “hidden gem” through their surprising and intentional collection of destination restaurants. While they launched the original Scratch Kitchen in 2013, an expired lease prompted them to relocate to an unassuming strip mall in suburban Encino in 2015 and rename it Scratch Bar & Kitchen. Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
