Firmdale Hotels recently announced plans to open Warren Street Hotel, Tribeca in Lower Manhattan in September 2023. The new hotel marks the third Firmdale Hotels property in New York City, with The Whitby Hotel and Crosby Street Hotel offering luxury stays to guests in the city for several years now. Previously a car park site, the hotel celebrates contemporary art and design, as well as the lively energy of nearby neighborhoods like SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown.

Featuring 57 individually designed bedrooms and suites, as well as 12 exclusive residences across 11 floors, Warren Street Hotel offers a variety of accommodation options for every traveler. Each room and suite boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, some with private terraces and skyscraper views of One World Trade Center and the Hudson River.

Guests of the new property will also enjoy access to an inviting drawing room, an airy Orangery, and Warren Bar and Restaurant. The restaurant and bar seats up to 150 guests and is open all day to both locals and guests for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails and dinner.

The new hotel allows guests to experience New York City’s sites and attractions in just minutes. Brookfield Place, The Oculus, One World Trade Observatory and the new Performing Arts Theatre lies steps away from the new property. Hotel rates will start at $925 per night.
