Thailand’s luxury boutique resort Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa announced the recent acquisition of its official medical license as the hotel expands its ever-growing menu of enriching health and wellness offerings.
With innovative, holistic wellness at its core, Aleenta welcomed a resident doctor, a nurse and a “master healer” named Khun Lak, a holistic doctor with more than 20 years of experience in medicine and wellness who will support guests through tailor-made health and wellness programs.

The expert medical team at Aleenta will be on property to assist guests in achieving optimum wellbeing and balance in life through multidisciplinary practices and restorative treatments, encompassing diet and nutrition, mental wellbeing, physical fitness and medical guidance.
Situated on the beautiful coast of the Andaman Sea and pristine Natai Beach, just 25 minutes north of Phuket International Airport, Aleenta Phuket Resort & Spa offers an intimate and exclusive hotel experience, operating on a suite-only basis. Guests can opt for one of 62 contemporary suites, or a four-bedroom beachfront villa, all while enjoying the luxury of complete privacy on the spectacular Phang-Nga coastline.

Aleenta, which translates to “a rewarding life,” has served as the property’s philosophy since opening in 2006. With an infinity pool, secluded beach, extensive spa facilities, award-winning restaurant and Ayurah Wellness Center, which offers immersive and regenerative retreats, yoga, Pilates and Muay Thai, the resort strives to ensure each guest leaves feeling stronger, calmer and more balanced, with a renewed sense of vitality and purpose.
Elevating the health and wellness offering on the southwest coast of Thailand, the resort encourages guests to disconnect from the stresses of day-to-day life and indulge in expert guidance from the resident doctor, nurse and master healer. New retreats initiated by the resort’s expert practitioners include Breathing Vitality, Weight Optimization and Stress & Pain Reduction CBD Retreat.
Each retreat is booked for a variety of lengths (between five and 21 days) and begins with an initial Ayurah Wellness Assessment comprised of a bioimpedance analysis, blood pressure and sugar checks, skin analysis, Thai element analysis, and chakra reading to support practitioners with crafting a tailor-made treatment plan and itinerary.

Travelers seeking extended R&R in a lush tropical setting are invited to book a five-, 14-, or 21-night Breathing Recovery & Immunity Boosting Program. Focusing on enhancing immune system performance and breathing practices to ensure healthy, strong lungs and cleaner lifestyle habits, this program leaves guests refreshed and with an in-depth knowledge of a personalized routine, while being able to relax, refocus and elevate the mind to a re-energized state. The retreat offers consultations; assessments and medical check-ups; nutritionist-approved meals (detox juice and supplements); daily exercise sessions; oxygen therapy; spa treatments, coupled with daily mindfulness practices; breathing exercises with a wellness practitioner; and wellness cooking classes to help guests boost their immunity having left the resort.
