Individually managed by EQ Hotels, Hôtel Dame Des Arts and Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs arrive in Paris in style this fall and coming spring. Both hotels are members of Preferred Hotel Group, and the openings will mark a new era in the Parisian hospitality world.

Designed by Raphael Navot, Hôtel Dame Des Arts officially welcomes guests January 2023. The building, built in the 1950s, lies in the sixth Arrondissement between Rue Danton and Rue Suger. With an interior conveying the atmosphere of a Nouvelle Vague movie set, the hotel celebrates the neighborhood’s artistic and cultural innovation while blending elegant details for an overall refined finish.
A third of the 109 guestrooms boast outdoor terraces with views of Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower. Guests will also find three dining venues within the hotel: an indoor restaurant, an adjacent outdoor garden courtyard and a rooftop bar with 360-degree views of the city. Chef Othoniel Alvarez Castaneda brings a seasonal menu of dishes fusing classic French cuisine with influences from the North Pacific to the restaurant, while Margo Lecarpentier leads the rooftop cocktail bar and menu.

Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs opens Spring 2023 in the chic Saint-Germain neighborhood. Situated in a tucked-away area, the exterior of the hotel features a classic Parisian corner building with a discreet hotel entrance on one side. Inside, Art Deco designs and Roman influence adorn each room. Wood and hunter green accents complement the color palette of vibrant browns, rich reds and lacquered blacks.
The 138-room hotel includes suites taking shape as “corner rooms,” with entry to each room provided with a deep red key tassel. While the restaurant concept remains in the works, a 35-cover speakeasy bar will lie in the building basement, complete with a hidden library entrance and live music.
