The offer is good at Karisma Hotels & Resorts portfolio of properties in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Guests booking 10 or more nights receive 15 percent off of the best available rates. Those who book 20 nights or more receive 25 percent off.

- 25 percent off laundry services
- 25 percent off spa services before 5 p.m. and two-for-one spa services after 5 p.m. with two complimentary stress hydrotherapy sessions
- Complimentary IT support for any technical issues
- First seating preference at restaurants for all meals
- Complimentary Kids Club access 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
