Rest, Restore and Rejuvenate Retreat
This retreat in the Dominican Republic is geared toward women going through perimenopause and menopause. Maraya Brown, a women’s health expert, leads the retreat at Meliá Punta Cana Beach. Participants learn about hormones, stress, energy and mindset through a variety of workshops and wellness classes. The retreat takes place April 3–6.
Azad also leads this retreat at Montevalle Spa & Wellness Resort in Baja, Mexico. This retreat focuses on self-care and practices to soothe nerves. The itinerary includes breath-work classes, meditation, chakra balancing, morning hikes, spa treatments and more. The retreat takes place Oct. 15–19.
