After purchasing 21c Museum Hotels last year, Accor officially welcomes the group into its MGallery Hotel Collection, joining 100 boutique hotels in more than two dozen countries. The inclusion extends the MGallery brand into North America for the first time. The 21c Museum Hotels properties now take the 21c Museum Hotels – MGallery name.

Don’t expect many changes to the 21c brand, however, as the properties retain their unique style and blend of art and hospitality.

“MGallery was first created in 2008 to share a new vision of high-end, boutique accommodation featuring highly emotive experiences designed to be inspiring, engaging, and richly imbued with character. This ambition gave rise to a collection of unique storied boutique hotels that are captivating, memorable and individually-styled. As sought out addresses for those who relish memorable experiences, bespoke design and off-the-beaten-track moments, each MGallery hotel is remarkable for its singular personality and is deeply rooted in the destination’s history,” said Yohan Amiot, vice president, brand management, MGallery.

“The 21c brand is the perfect complement to MGallery’s concept of bespoke, creative hospitality for lovers of travel, the arts and immersive experiences,” he added.

21c Museum Hotels – MGallery properties currently exist in Bentonville, Arkansas; Cincinnati, Ohio; Durham, North Carolina; Kansas City, Kansas; Lexington, Kentucky; Louisville, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. New properties are slated for Chicago, St. Louis and Des Moines.
