Suzhou Tourism is targeting European and North American travelers with its new A Virtual Look at Suzhou: Home to Culture, Canals, Cuisine and Craft campaign. In addition, Suzhou Tourism will be hosting events and sweepstakes. The organization is particularly targeting Los Angeles for the city’s multiple flight options to China, and also Fort Lauderdale, comparing both Fort Lauderdale and Suzhou to Venice.
The social media campaign incorporates #TravelSuzhou. Images will be shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and gives participants the chance to win prizes, such as popular souvenirs from the region.
