B Cellars, a Napa Valley wine producer, announced the opening of its new winery and hospitality house, on the site of a history property in Napa Valley’s Oakville AVA. The state-of-the-art production facility includes more than 15,000-square feet of caves for barrel storage, tours, tastings and private events. The hospitality house features an interactive demonstration kitchen, which will be overseen by full-time Wine Educator and Chef Christina Machamer.

Available experiences at the winery include alfresco tastings and pairings, wine journeys and culinary adventures. For example, the winery’s Appellation Tasting allows guests to discover and taste Cabernet Sauvignon from four of the most distinct growing areas, beginning with a tour of the facilities and a look at the process from harvest to bottling. Seasonal menus, seminars and demonstrations are just a few of the other offerings available at B Cellars.

Located at 701 Oakville Cross Rd., B Cellars is open for tastings by appointment, seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
