Dubai Airports launched a new mobile app to help passengers easily navigate both Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport. Useful features of the new Dubai Airports App includes Flight Radar 24, a flight-tracking service; airport maps that can be used to locate services, food and beverage venues and retail areas at both airports; a Find Your Flight function, allowing users to enter their flight number to receive details about gate changes and boarding times; and information about visa and baggage regulations.
“Our passengers are increasingly engaging with us online, demanding immediate information on our airports. The Dubai Airports App allows us to provide that information in real-time, tailored to each passenger’s particular journey through our airport,” said Paul Griffiths, CEO, Dubai Airports. “It is just another way in which we are leveraging technology to create a passenger experience that is efficient and welcoming.”
