It’s official: Etihad Airways has claimed its first Scottish destination, with direct flights between Abu Dhabi (AUH) and Edinburgh (EDI), with connections onward to other cities in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and the Indian sub-continent.
Offering 22 business-class seats and 240 economy-class seats, the flights utilize Airbus A330-200 equipment. The Edinburgh destination adds to existing U.K. connections: three daily flights from London Heathrow (LHR) and two daily flights from Manchester (MAN).
