Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches are set to open for business in new airport and city locations in four additional countries, including Poland, Turkey, Israel and Switzerland. The company selected independent rental businesses across Europe and the Middle East, where it currently operates in 23 countries, to partner with the development of an integrated international car hire network.
“We want to ensure any location displaying the Enterprise name above the desk is accompanied by the exceptional level of service our customers have come to expect, and we also aim to reflect the regional needs and preferences of each country where we now have a presence,” said Peter Smith, vice president of global franchising, Enterprise.
Enterprise’s current European presence includes locations in Austria, Belgium, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. The company plans to continue launching operations in Europe and the Middle East throughout the rest of the year.
