Saddle up for a gourmet getaway at Montana’s Triple Creek Ranch. Through May 4, the four-night Montana Culinary Experience showcases the culinary talents of Executive Chef Jacob Leatherman. Fresh from his debut at New York’s James Beard House, where his menu featured Western specialties including Aspen smoked sturgeon, bison and roasted antelope loin, Leatherman lends his kitchen magic to the experience that includes accommodations in a luxury cabin and an exclusive Champagne and caviar tasting in either the Rooftop Lounge.
Also included: a hands-on cooking session featuring dishes from Leatherman’s James Beard House menu, custom menus signed by Chef Leatherman and Chef’s Table dining for one night with Leatherman’s seven-course tasting menu and pairings chosen by Sommelier Jeremy White. Rates for the four-night stay begin at $4,500.
