Westin Hotels & Resorts partnered with FitStar by Fitbit to bring travelers new fitness programs at many of the brand’s properties. FitStar is a platform created to provide adaptive, video-based, online fitness experiences. FitStar apps deliver a variety of tools, such as exercise programs and customized workouts, and can be connected to your Fitbit activity tracker.

Westin guests participating in the offered fitness programs will have complimentary access to the FitStar apps. A premium trial is available for all guests until June 30. Travelers can now access the Stay Fit with Westin workout on the app, which is tailored to fit small spaces (like hotel rooms) and requires no equipment.
