Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal introduced culinary enhancements across the property, including a new, open-air Agave Study at Peacock Alley; adding Neutral Coffee Lab; and a re-design of the signature Don Manuels, spotlighting TRAVESíA, a nine-course taco tasting menu.

Upon arrival, Agave Study at Peacock Alley greets guests, offering a sensory experience focused on agave spirits of Mexico. David Hernandez, director of bars and agave expert, selected the spirits, pottery and glassware. The agave spirits served include tequila from Jalisco; mezcal from Oaxaca; bacanora from Sonora; sotol from Chihuahua; and raicilla, also from Jalisco.

Dubbed an elevated coffee experience at its finest, the debut of Neutral Coffee Lab brings regional coffee varieties and various brewing methods to the resort. Sandwiches, salads and pastries accompany the coffee, as do terrace views overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
