W Hotels latest debut of wellness experiences and FUEL weekends enlists fitness experts to act as workout guides.
W kicks off the 2018 FUEL lineup at W Punta de Mita, May 25–28 with a three-day, three-night non-stop schedule. Workout options include yoga, boxing, surfing and HIIT sessions. Trainers such as Jason Wimberly, Ashley Guarrasi, Joe Holder and Tara Stiles will be on site to conduct various classes. Chef Juan Guizzo will also be on the scene with locally sourced healthy cuisine to keep participants fueled during FUEL.
W believes in working hard and playing hard. The weekend also includes welcome cocktails and healthy light bites; a two-hour open bar; music from world-class DJs, such as May Kwok, Alan Salomon and va$htie; a daytime pool party; and more.
Adventure experiences also include zip lining, ATV adventures, on-site spa treatments and surf lessons.
In addition to the MDW FUEL weekend at W Punta de Mita, W will also host weekend-long events at W Verbier and W Dubai – The Palm later this year. Check out more details about the exciting events and wellness offerings on the website.
