Virgin Atlantic announced plans to refurbish its Heathrow T3 Clubhouse, which will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year.
Virgin Atlantic told Business Traveller in a statement, “Next year our Heathrow Clubhouse celebrates its 10th anniversary, and to mark the occasion we’re investing in a makeover to further improve the experience we deliver to customers. The refurbishment will be completed by spring 2017, and the clubhouse will remain open throughout this period. We will announce further details about the exciting new features early next year.”
Virgin also said that rather than closing the entire clubhouse, it will close off and renovate small sections one at a time, allowing them to avoid a complete closure. Visitors won’t notice any reduced capacity in the space, either.
The Heathrow Clubhouse is open to Upper Class and Gold Flying Club members, plus Delta One passengers.
