United Airlines passengers enjoy a new place to relax at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. The airline recently opened a new, 6,000-square-foot United Club in the airport’s new terminal, near gate C7.
The new location offers seating for 95 passengers, with a range of options to fit guest needs, whether they plan to work, dine or relax. Visitors enjoy high-speed, complimentary WiFi and access to ample charging stations. Dining menus channel New Orleans’ famous food scene, with items such as muffuletta and pimento cheese sliders, gumbo and rice and a Creole egg salad.
The location is the first United Club to open in 2020. United plans to open new United Clubs at Newark Liberty International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in the coming months.
“Our expansion into New Orleans showcases United’s commitment to transforming the customer experience across all touch points and complements the beautiful new terminal at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport,” said Alexander Dorow, managing director of premium services, United Airlines. “It’s a fresh location for us to begin our evolution to become more local and reach new audiences.”
