Unclaimed Baggage announced it will still hold its annual Winter & Ski Event this year, on Nov. 7. The one-day sale is so popular, customers travel from hours away and camp in the store’s parking lot overnight. For social distancing, campers and shoppers will have to reserve a time slot to enter the store this year. This will be the 39th annual Winter & Ski Event.

The following week, Nov. 15, Unclaimed Baggage will host an online Winter & Ski Sale. Shoppers online will have access to a similar inventory of winter and ski items selected for the online shopping event.

The retailer saves all found winter coats, hats, gloves, ski clothing and equipment from top brands throughout the year, and the annual sale marks the only time shoppers can gain access to these types of winter deals. Items are sold at up to 80 percent off retail prices. There will be tent sales, food trucks, live bands and a DJ during the event.

To reserve a time to shop, go online and buy a voucher: two hours of shopping for $25; a half-day of shopping for $40; and a full day for $75. The cost of the voucher will be applied to purchases. Slots are first come, first serve with new inventory rolled out throughout the day.
