The Transportation Security Administration is asking for feedback from travelers at various airports via Feedback USA, a program launched by the U.S. General Services Administration. Known as the “Yelp for government,” the program aims to provide government agencies with timely feedback on their most popular services at a time when customer satisfaction with agency services is declining. According to a January report from the American Customer Satisfaction index, the level of satisfaction decreased to 64 points out of 100 in 2014. TSA plans to collect feedback from passengers experiencing security screening at airports in Washington, D.C.; Los Angeles; New York; and San Francisco.
