The Ritz-Carlton brand makes its Pacific Northwest debut with a new property planned for Portland. The property, expected to open in early 2023, includes more than 250 guestrooms, more than 130 residential units and eight penthouses within a 35-story tower.
“This landmark project is a game changer for The Ritz-Carlton brand and the city of Portland,” said Noah Silverman, chief development officer, North America full-service hotels, Marriott International. “The Ritz-Carlton, Portland will set a new standard for luxury hospitality in Portland, expand this iconic brand to the Pacific Northwest and introduce locals to the refined elegance and amenities associated with the Ritz-Carlton Residence lifestyle.”
The property’s location is within walking distance of Pioneer Courthouse Square, the Pearl District and Portland’s central business district.
Planned amenities include a fitness center, full-service spa, swimming pool, multiple dining and drinking options and meeting space. Residential owners receive access to an owner’s lounge and fitness facility, as well as an exclusive entrance.
