Next winter, the coveted Fitzrovia neighborhood of London welcomes The Newman, the first hotel from Kinsfolk & Co. Where Bloomsbury culture meets Soho style, Fitzrovia sits at the intersection of great ideas and movements, and The Newman is no different.

The Newman will feature 81 rooms and suites, a European brasserie, cocktail bar and wellness floor. Many of the spacious and well-appointed guestrooms and suites will also boast private balconies. All rooms highlight a contemporary, Art Deco aesthetic, with the rooftop floor consisting of a signature suite complete with a private terrace and four bedrooms.

The modern European brasserie will seat up to 120 guests and makes natural light its focal point with an outdoor terrace and separate street entrance. Expect seasonal and great British ingredients showcased in upscale dishes.

On the lower floor, guests can indulge in a drink or two at the cocktail bar, a bold space offering small plates, handcrafted cocktails and a selection of craft beers. The lower floor will also be home to two private event and dining rooms.

And for guests seeking relaxation, the hotel’s spa embraces Nordic simplicity. In fact, the entire floor is dedicated to luxury wellness, featuring a range of hot and cold experience cabins, active salt therapy room and hydrotherapy pool. Residents and locals can make use of treatment rooms and fitness services like yoga, personal training, a meditation studio and gymnasium.
