Madeline Hotel & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection recently debuted a complete redesign, now standing as a luxurious, modern mountain resort in Telluride, Colorado. At 10,540 feet, the ski-in/ski-out retreat boasts new social spaces, a refreshed lobby, a new boutique, a collection of new guest experiences and amenities, and wellness offerings. Additionally, Madeline features a collaboration with Olympian Gus Kenworthy, who helped create the hotel’s Recovery Ski Lounge.

The newly debuted Timber Room is the social heart of the resort, with cozy lounges for two and chic booths. An ornate oak bar is also a highlight. The space opens into Reflection Plaza, a rather picturesque setting, with fire pits overlooking Mountain Village’s beloved ice rink. Après-ski festivities take place here daily at 3 p.m. Timber Room offers a cocktail menu and culinary offerings; the on-site Black Iron Kitchen + Bar has a “come as you are” atmosphere.

Some of the new guest experiences allow travelers to climb Mystic Falls or take a helicopter tour of the San Sophia ridgeline. At the Recovery Ski Lounge, skiers can take advantage of Hyperice, Normatec and Hypervolt therapies and a cool-down playlist curated by Kenworthy. The Mountain Village offers easy access to other outdoor activities like alpine skiing, dog sledding, fly fishing and more.

In the lobby, Adventure Guides, local Telluride concierges, greet guests, who are also offered seasonal Telluride Brewing draft beer, with Rocky Mountain sodas for the kids. A retail boutique, Sacred Thistle, offers home goods, jewelry and other unusual treasures.
