The St. Regis Jakarta and The Residences at The St. Regis Jakarta are scheduled to open in 2019. The brand promises an unprecedented luxury experience attracting only the most high-end travelers and residents. The property will be situated in South Jakarta, as part of a new development project.

In addition to 280 guestrooms and suites, The St. Regis Jakarta will offer four restaurants, extensive meeting and event space and a spa. The Residences at The St. Regis Jakarta will contain 164 private homes, including three-bedroom and four-bedroom options, as well as one Sky Palace, a 1,250-square-metre luxury abode. Residents will have access to concierge service, a wine room, private pool, lounge, fitness centre and private parking, as well as access to St. Regis butler service and the hotel’s fitness centre and eateries.

“Starwood is pleased to expand its portfolio of St. Regis residences in Asia Pacific, as we see strong continued growth opportunities in this area. The Residences at The St. Regis Jakarta will cater to the lifestyle needs of the increasingly affluent and appeal to luxury property investors, while remaining deeply rooted in St. Regis’ distinctive legacy of uncompromising elegance and the ability to provide the finest experiences imaginable,” said Rajit Sukumaran, senior vice president, acquisitions and development, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Asia Pacific.

Currently, Starwood holds more than 1,500 rooms in Malaysia and Indonesia. Other St. Regis-branded properties include The St. Regis Bali Resort and The St. Regis Langkawi Resort, which opens later this year. In addition to plans for The St. Regis Jakarta, Starwood expects to open Aloft and Westin hotels in the region over the next three years.
