With April National Brunch Month and Easter, Cantera Negra Tequila, Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon and Gray Whale Gin released a list of delicious cocktails beyond your classic mimosas to make for an exceptional Easter or spring weekend brunch.

Cantera Negra Blood Orange Mimosa

• 1 oz. Cartera Negra Reposado Tequila
• 1 oz. Aperol
• 2 oz. freshly squeezed blood orange juice
• Champagne or sparkling wine

Combine all ingredients besides Champagne; shake well. Strain into highball glass over ice and slowly add Champagne until glass is full.

Cantera Negra Tequila Lime Mojito

• 1 oz. Cantera Negra Reposado
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 2–4 oz. soda water
• 6 mint leaves, plus additional for garnish

Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker; add lime juice, simple syrup and tequila, then fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold. Place ice in the glass and strain the drink. Top off the glass with soda water and garnish with mint leaves.

Whiskey Crusta

• 1 ½ oz. Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon
• ½ oz. 1883 Maison Routin Apple Syrup
• ¼ oz. Luxardo Maraschino
• ¼ lemon
• 2 dashes Fee Brothers Old Fashion Bitters

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a glass with sugar-crusted rim. Garnish with a long lemon peel.

Golden Fizz

• 2 oz. Bib & Tucker Small Batch Bourbon
• ¾ tbsp. caster sugar
• ¼ tsp. lemon juice
• 1 medium egg yolk
• 4 oz. soda water

Shake all ingredients but soda water in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake again. Strain into a fizz glass and fill glass with soda water.

Gray Whale Mimosa

• 2 oz. Gray Whale Gin
• 1 ½ oz. fresh orange juice
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz. Pavan
• ½ oz. Velvet falernum
• Golden Road Mango Cart Ale

Combine all ingredients except the Mango Cart Ale into a shaking tin and shake hard. Strain neat into rocks glasses rimmed with Tajin Clasico seasoning and top with Golden Road Mango Cart Ale.

Whale Flower

• 2 oz. Gray Whale Gin
• 5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
• 2 oz. grapefruit juice
• Soda water

Combine all ingredients except soda water into a shaker with ice and shake well. Fine strain into a glass over fresh ice and add a splash of soda water.

Golden State of Mind

• 1 ½ oz. Gray Whale Gin
• ¾ oz. Aperol
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• ¼ oz. simple syrup
• 2 oz. grapefruit kombucha

Add all ingredients but kombucha into a shaker. Shake well, then pour over ice in a Collins glass. Top with grapefruit kombucha and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
