To celebrate Singapore’s Golden Jubilee, Singapore Airlines unveiled a special aircraft livery to be featured on two of the airline’s Airbus A380 aircraft. The two jets will feature a Singaporean flag wrapped around the fuselage and the “SG50” emblem on the engines to commemorate the country’s anniversary. The first aircraft will begin flying in early June followed by the second in July, serving routes to Beijing (PEK), Hong Kong (HKG), London (LHR), Mumbai (BOM), Delhi (DEL), Shanghai (PVG), Sydney (SYD) and Zürich (ZEH).
