Sheraton Hotels & Resorts opened the doors of Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel & Bungalows this month. The property is Sheraton’s second in Samoa and complements Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Resort. The property received a multimillion dollar renovation before opening under the Sheraton name. “Known for its first mover advantage, Sheraton is once again leading the way in making an extraordinary destination like Samoa more accessible. The addition of Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel & Bungalows is a natural step following the successful opening of our first Sheraton resort on the island last year,” said Sean Hunt, regional vice president, Pacific, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. The property was originally opened in 1933 as a luxury club for American servicemen during World War II. Now, the 175 guestrooms and common spaces combine colonial heritage with modern style. As always, Sheraton brings its premium sleep experience, Club Rooms and the Sheraton Club Lounge to the property. Guests can enjoy the Manaia Polynesian Spa, Sheraton fitness center and extensive meeting and event space.
