As the newest all-inclusive oceanfront luxury resort in Riviera Maya, Sensira Hotel & Spa pulls out all the stops to make sure it keeps up with its competitors. Recently, the resort announced a new wellness program through an exchange program with Win Win Panda, a travel exchange company.

This month, Sensira Hotel & Spa introduces new specialized trainers from around the world to teach group classes for one week each month. The classes range from water aerobics to cycling and more.

For travelers looking to keep up with their fitness routine or pick up a new one, the resort’s privileged year-round weather allows for a variety of workouts, whether it be outdoors at the tennis courts or indoors at the fully-equipped gym. The resort also features a variety of spaces for all ages like a gymnasium for toddlers, an adventure club for children ages 3–9 and an extreme zone with zip lines and rock-climbing walls for older kids and teens.
