With an emphasis on rich cultural traditions and fresh local ingredients, the resort teamed up with a distinguished team of experts to offer a variety of gastronomic possibilities. The resort’s restaurant invites travelers to sample world-class cuisine crafted with the soul of the Caribbean. Palma Real: International Cuisine

Palma Real, a culinary destination at Cayo Levantado Resort, named after the iconic palm trees gracing the shores of Samaná Bay, is designed to foster a lively sense of community. The restaurant offers guests an authentic taste of the vibrant local markets found throughout the region. The restaurant features an open market concept, offering different areas staging a wide array of international cuisine, which invites guests to explore and discover new flavors. Alongside an array of Dominican specialties, Palma Real offers Italian pastas and pizzas, fresh seafood, a variety of meats and a delicious selection of desserts from the French Patisserie.

SANTA YUCA: Slow Food Restaurant

SANTA YUCA embodies a healthy respect for the land and its traditions. Located in the Yubarta wellness area, it emphasizes sustainably sourced, fresh-produced, slow-cooking traditions. Guests are invited to take their time and enjoy a relaxed, easy pace of island life. Enjoy breakfast and lunch or healthy snacks by the pool. The menu is rich in local ingredients, many of which use ingredients from the hotel’s organic garden.

SENDA: Dominican Restaurant

A hidden gem among the restaurants of Cayo Levantado Resort, SENDA raises the bar of quality and experience to greater heights. The name, meaning pathway, takes inspiration from the work of legendary Dominican poet Pedro Mir, and the restaurant’s design draws from his poem “There is a Country in the World.” At SENDA, guests embark on a journey through local cuisine and culture with traditional Dominican cuisine and local ingredients paired with delicious wines. Dining at SENDA is available to all guests for an additional cost.

MANAYA: Steak House

Discover the unforgettable flavors of MANAYA, where steak takes the spotlight and offer an elevated gastronomy experience centered around fire-grilled meats. The menu takes inspiration from traditional techniques to create truly unique and unforgettable dining experiences.
