Kick off the holiday celebrations Christmas Eve. The property’s Tiepolo Lounge & Terrace offers guests two ways to toast the holiday season. Stop by 4–7 p.m. for a buffet of Christmas treats and a Veuve Clicquot toast for about $45 per person. Adult guests indulge in evening cocktails 7–9:30 p.m., with a selection of festive cocktails prepared by professional mixologists, starting around $24 per person.
Guests choose from two Christmas Eve dinners. Indulge in an eight-course tasting menu at La Pergola, Rome’s first and only 3-Michelin-starred restaurant. The menu features a creative take on the Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes, with wine pairings. Pricing starts around $574 per person. At Uliveto, diners savor a multicourse meal of locally sourced and seasonal ingredients. Dessert includes a classic Christmas yule log cake. Pricing starts at $115 per person.
Keep the celebrations going on Christmas Day with brunch in the garden lobby. Enjoy local holiday dishes alongside Christmas music and the arrival of Santa Claus on his sleigh. The experience costs $205 per adult guest and $94 per child. Then, relax at the award-winning Cavalieri Grand Spa Club with an exclusive holiday treatment.
New Year’s Eve and Day
Rome Cavalieri presents guests with several options for ringing in the New Year.
- Grand Gala at La Pergola: The nine-course feast complete with wine pairings also includes music and fireworks celebrating the New Year.
- Grand Ballroom Party: Ring in the New Year in the Grand Ballroom with live entertainment, Champagne, canapés and an extravagant dinner.
- Golden Bubble Party: Also taking place in the Grand Ballroom, this celebration includes Champagne, canapés, dessert and music.
- New Year’s Eve with a View: Head to Terrazza Degli Aranci for a late-night party complete with a dessert buffet, Champagne and fireworks.
The celebrations continue New Year’s Day with brunch in the garden lobby. Sample Italian specialties and toast 2022. Live entertainment, including games and music for children, is available. Brunch costs $182 per adult and $82 per child. Cap off your New Year’s Day with a signature facial treatment at the spa.
