Southern Sardinia’s Forte Village Resort recently unveiled its most ambitious culinary lineup to date for the 2026 season. New additions this season include the resort’s first Chinese restaurant, MU Dim Sum; Trattoria Rocco Iannone’s Cucina Naturale; and Zero KM, a new dining concept for children built around local, seasonal ingredients. Favorites return, including Ristorante da Cracco, this season reuniting Chef Carlo Cracco and longtime collaborator Chef Matteo Baronetto; the Indian restaurant; and the Celebrity Chef Nights series at Terrazza Forte Bay with an array of Michelin-starred chefs.

MU Dim Sum, in collaboration with the MU Dim Sum brand, is rooted in refined Cantonese cuisine, with Peking Duck at its heart and dim sum served slowly and by hand. Trattoria Rocco Iannone brings Cucina Naturale to the resort with a menu grounded in fresh, seasonal ingredients and honest Italian cooking. Zero KM, dedicated for children and built around local, seasonal ingredients, introduces young guests to new flavors and textures at their own pace.

Michelin-starred Chef Carlo Cracco returns to Forte Village for a new season at Ristorante da Cracco and is joined by longtime collaborator Chef Matteo Baronetto, marking the first time the two chefs have cooked side by side in years. Together, they created a menu blending technical precision, creativity, and the best of Sardinian and Mediterranean ingredients. Chef Sandeep Singh welcomes guests to Forte Village’s Indian restaurant once again. The Celebrity Chef Nights series continues on the Terrazza. Still to come this year is Chef Andrea Berton of one-Michelin-starred Ristorante Berton, Aug. 13–30.
