The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman revealed its new collection of six Ritz-Carlton, Residences, which are now the most expensive penthouse residences located on the island. The new and spacious two- and three-bedroom residences include the Grand Cayman Penthouse, which comes in at 8,000 square feet, with three bedrooms, a high-tech kitchen and private screening room. All of the penthouses are located on the seventh floor of the resort and offer views of North Sound. Owners will have access to concierge service, valet parking and the resort’s other world-class amenities, including luxury dining, a spa, golf course, tennis center and water park.

The penthouses, ranging from 2,540 to 8,070 square feet, will also range in price from $3.85–16.14 million.
