Las Vegas is poised to host one of hospitality’s most ambitious projects to date with the announcement Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton will combine three premium Hilton brands into a single property.
The new resort is scheduled for a summer 2021 opening and is currently under active development. The property combines premium brands Hilton Hotels and Resorts, LXR and Conrad into a single $4.3 billion, 3,500-room resort.
“With our commitment to redefining the luxury hotel standard in Las Vegas, it was only natural for us to partner with Hilton, a leader in the global hospitality industry,” said Scott Sibella, president, Resorts World Las Vegas.
In addition to the huge amount of rooms, the resort is bringing some premier facilities for guests, including a 5,000-person theater that can scale to host A-list celebrity residencies and corporate events. Other unique features of the property include 350,000 square feet of meeting space; a 220,000-square-foot pool complex; a spa and fitness center; a collection of dining experiences and more.
More details about the property will be revealed as the opening date gets closer. See what else Resorts World Las Vegas brings with it when it opens next year.
