Slated to open its stylish doors to guests this month, Renaissance Montreal partnered with master mixologist Lawrence Piccard to offer guests a unique cocktail experience that will boost their spirits.
The 142-room property, located in the heart of downtown Montreal at the corner of Cathcart Street and Robert Bourassa Boulevard, is designed to inspire discovery of the five senses with its modern accommodations, vibrant amenities and local experiences.
The hotel’s mixology program is an integral part of its reinvention of the hospitality experience, as highlighted in the property’s Revelations video.
Ahead of its debut, Piccard gives travelers a reason to visit with the release of his inventive East Signature Cocktail, crafted with Hennessy and sake as well as lime juice, lemongrass syrup, pomegranate juice and egg whites.
Give the recipe a try and let us know what you think of the drink.

Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
