Regent Hotels & Resorts reimagines the world of fine dining with two multisensory pop-up dining experiences, known as Regent Taste Studio, that blend the worlds of culinary and art. Participating chefs come from the brand’s hotels including Regent Phu Quoc, Regent Shanghai on The Bund and Regent Chongqing.

Regent Shanghai on the Bund
Four chefs from Shanghai and Chongqing participate in The Magic of Beauty of Contrast, drawing inspiration from the stained-glass artwork of the hotel. The chefs come together with artists in modern dance, experimental music, glassmaking and digital multimedia based on five chapters. Visual lighting and sound effects transport guests to a faraway world.

Here, The Way of the Sea Taste Studio takes guests through Vietnamese culture and artistry. The culinary pop-up was created by architectural designer Mr. Trung Nghīa and artist Mr. Dripping, alongside the hotel chefs. Mr. Dripping serves as the visual narrator across seven chapters.
