Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa Announces Massive Transformation

Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Summerlin, Las Vegas, recently announced plans to completely transform its dining space, entertainment offerings and gaming experiences with new additions. Currently underway, new concepts like the famed Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam and the new Greek restaurant Naxos Taverna will soon join the resort.

“It is an exciting time for Red Rock Casino as we welcome the Lotus of Siam family to Summerlin and showcase the many dining, gaming and entertainment enhancements coming to the resort,” said Scott Nelson, vice president and general manager, Red Rock Casino. “This stunning transformation will usher in the next era for the property, and we are confident these new amenities are going to be a hit with locals and visitors alike.”

Other additions include an oyster bar, cocktail lounge, adults-only pool, casino bar and a reimagined High Limit Slots room. Red Rocks Casino Resort and Spa will also offer two new Starbucks locations at the resort, one in the food court and the other in the hotel lobby. Nielsen’s Frozen Custard also heads to Summerlin with its first-ever expansion from the company’s original Henderson location. Nielsen’s will open in Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in early 2023.
